County Government Offices Closed for Presidents Day

Westminster, MD, Friday, February 16, 2018 – Carroll County Government offices will be closed in observance of Presidents’ Day on Monday, February 19, 2018. Regular work hours will resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2018.

The Resource and Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will remain open 7 AM to 4:30 PM.
