"There are very few things that are as positive for a community as when someone comes in and invests their own hard earned dollar and makes that investment in the community that you hold very dear. Carroll County is an interesting place because we really have a great economic development story to tell and a lot more to do, but as more people are finding their home here it is becoming an easier story to tell." said Commissioner Doug Howard. |
