Baltimore Police Seek Assistance Identifying Suspects in Armed Robbery of a McDonald's
June 18, 2012 / Baltimore, MD - The Baltimore Police Department is seeking public assistance in indentifying three suspects responsible for a commercial armed robbery in Northern Baltimore on Saturday night.
On June 16th at approximately 8:50 pm, police in the area were flagged down by a concerned citizen who advised of a robbery that had just occurred at the McDonald's Restaurant located at 5100 York Road. Officers responded to the McDonalds and confirmed the robbery. Officers were met by store employees who advised that (3) three males had robbed the store at gunpoint.
Investigation revealed that the suspects had entered the restaurant and displayed a handgun. Suspect (1) who was in possession of a silver or gray semi automatic handgun jumped over the counter and stated, "You know what this is, open the registers!" Suspect (2) then removed currency from the registers as Suspect (3) acted as a look-out in the lobby of the store. Additionally, the suspects were able to collected money from the safe and exited the restaurant. The suspects were last seen running across York Road in an eastbound direction.
Suspect(1): Male, black, 5'07"-5'08" average build, gray hoody, dark blue jeans with a white fabric belt, dark shoes and a black mask (Armed with silver or gray semi auto handgun)
Suspect(2): Male, black, 5'07"-5'08" average to heavy build, gray hoody, white or very light blue jeans, dark shoes and a black mask
Suspect(3): Male, black, 5'07"-5'08" thick build, White tee shirt, blue jeans dark shoes, black mask white ball cap
