FY20 Neighborhood Initiative Competitive Grants
Grant funding is available in the Park Heights Master Plan area, Liberty-Wabash, and the Northwest Community Planning Forum. Please visit PCDA's website for the grant applications. August 1, 2019 is the deadline for large grant submissions.

FY20 Youth Programming (Human Services)
In FY20 $520,000 will support youth programming in Park Heights. Programs providing afterschool programs for youth PreK - 24 will be eligible to apply, this could be a workforce program, a dance program, a STEM program or more.

INSPIRE Development Incentives (Arlington and Pimlico)
The Investing in Neighborhoods and Schools to Promote Improvement, Revitalization, and Excellence (INSPIRE) program was created to leverage the 21st Century Schools Initiative and to enhance the connection between the schools and the surrounding neighborhoods. Beginning June 19, 2019, the INSPIRE incentives are available to assist with the development of vacant properties in the INSPIRE areas of Arlington Elementary School and Pimlico Elementary Middle School of which the developer has site control. Baltimore Planning Academy
Baltimore Planning Academy is a FREE, six-week course that aims to build community leadership around urban planning, policy and development issues through a Baltimore lens. Applications open on June 24 and will remain open until July 24. Please visit the Planning Academy website to learn more.
