Traffic Modifications for the Baltimore Woman’s March

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the road closures and parking restrictions that will be implemented for the Baltimore Woman's March.  The event will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 beginning at 11:00 a.m.

The walk will begin and end at War Memorial Plaza.  Participants will proceed south on Holliday/Commerce Streets, east on Pratt Street and then north on Gay Street to disband in War Memorial Plaza.

During the event, one lane of travel will be closed to motorists along the walk route wherever possible.  Transportation Enforcement Officers and Baltimore City Police will be working along the walk route to help facilitate the movement of traffic.  Commuters should be advised that temporary traffic stops may be implemented during the parade for the safety of participants.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
