held by the Transportation Diversity Council (TDC) on December 2, 2015 at
Morgan State University. TDC is a national organization comprised of executives and leaders in the areas of transportation, education,
and construction.
The TDC Summit will provide an excellent opportunity for
minority and women-owned firms to network with transportation &
