Hello MRC and NOLA Ready Volunteers,

Thank you to the 164 volunteers who have completed our vaccine volunteering curriculum in the mere 5 days since it's been released! We are so excited to have you working alongside us at vaccine sites, which will likely start sometime next week

Volunteers who have not yet trained up, please take the following three required trainings to qualify to volunteer at a vaccine site:

  1. Intro to Vaccine Administration (VAC 100)
  2. HIPAA and Confidentiality Training (HIP 100)
  3. FEMA Incident Command System Training (ICS 100)

Click here to access the full training guide (NEW LINK) which shares info about the three required trainings as well as some recommended trainings and resources. We recommend bookmarking that link, which we'll keep updated with additional resources for volunteers. We recommend completing the three trainings before next week, which is when volunteering at these sites will commence.

For those of you who have completed the three required trainings, please stay tuned & keep an eye on your inbox. We will be sending out a sign up link for volunteering within the week.
