Dear NOMRC Members,

We are closely monitoring Invest 91L which is currently over the southeastern Bahamas.  This system is forecast to move west-northwest across the remainder of the Bahamas and southern Florida over the next day or so.  Is it expected that this area will become a tropical depression over the eastern or central Gulf of Mexico by Tuesday or Wednesday.  There is currently an 90% chance of formation over the next 5 days.  We are expecting to see heavy rains and higher than normal tides.
