NORD to Host 6TH Annual “Thriller” Flash Mob at City Hall

Special Tribute to Antoine "Fats" Domino, New Orleans Music Legend

NEW ORLEANS – Tomorrow, the New Orleans Recreation Development (NORD) Commission and Fit NOLA will host its 6th Annual “Thriller” flash mob in front of City Hall (1300 Perdido St.).  The flash mob will be led by Fit NOLA dance instructor, Kenneth “Kynt” Bryan. The dance pays tribute to Michael Jackson’s iconic 1983 video. The performance will include a special tribute to the late New Orleans music legend, Antoine “Fats” Domino.

Hundreds are expected to participate in the flash mob, including students from a number of local schools. Participation in the flash mob is free and open to the public. All dance levels and age groups are encouraged to wear costumes and participate in this annual community experience.
