Maintenance work scheduled Wednesday, Sept. 23
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 21, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises Legacy Trail users of a temporary closure scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 23, in Fayette County.
The Legacy Trail will be closed at the I-75/I-64 underpass from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for maintenance operations, weather permitting.
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
