LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 11, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advises motorists of a temporary road closure scheduled for KY 713 (Spencer Pike) in Montgomery County for drainage pipe replacement.
KY 713 will be closed at mile marker 9.5 (just south of KY 646) on Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Motorists are advised to watch for workers and use KY 646 (Whitaker Lane) and KY 213 (Bedford Road) as alternate routes during the closure.
All work/closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
