Maintenance work planned on Interstate 75
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Aug. 31, 2026) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that rolling roadblocks, a mobile operation, are scheduled on Interstate 75 in Scott County for maintenance work.
Rolling roadblocks are scheduled, weather permitting:
Wednesday, Sept. 2
- I-75 Northbound from mile point 134 to mile point 140
- 6 p.m. to midnight
Thursday, Sept. 3
- I-75 southbound from mile point 134 to mile point 140
- 6 p.m. to midnight
Motorists should expect temporary delays and use extra caution while traveling through the work zone.
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
