Flagging operations beginning June 29
LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 26, 2026) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of upcoming resurfacing operations on the east and westbound lanes of Harrodsburg Road (US 68) in Jessamine County.
Beginning Monday, June 29, resurfacing work will occur nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., between mile points 10.8 and 12 near Ponder Way to the Jessamine/Fayette county line.
At least one lane will remain open for either direction throughout the project, and flagging operations will guide traffic through the work zone.
Motorists should use caution, reduce speed and watch for personnel and equipment in the work zone.
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
