Daytime work planned April 14
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 13, 2026) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a scheduled lane closure on KY 713 (Spencer Road) in Montgomery County.
The closure will take place near mile point 7.6 on Tuesday, April 14 beginning around 9 a.m., weather permitting. Work is expected to be completed within approximately four to five hours.
The closure is necessary for installation of traffic monitoring equipment.
Motorists are advised to use caution and watch for signage and personnel in the work area.
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
