Bridge deck pothole repairs planned April 14 - 15
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 10, 2026) — The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled nighttime lane closures on Interstate 75 in Fayette County for bridge deck pothole repairs.
Work will take place from 6 p.m. to midnight on Tuesday, April 14 and Wednesday, April 15, weather permitting.
Closures will occur in the southbound lanes near mile point 117, approximately 2 miles south of Exit 120 at the bridge over I-64.
On April 14, the fast lane will be closed. On April 15, the slow lane will be closed.
Motorists are advised to use caution and watch for signage and personnel in the work zone.
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis and are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
