UPDATE: All Lanes Open on KY 70/Tiline Road Between Smithland and Tiline in Livingston County
PADUCAH, Ky. (Feb. 12, 2026) – All lanes are open on KY 70/Tiline Road near mile point 4.7 in Livingston County, following the completion of a slide stabilization project. This is located along KY 70 about two miles west of KY 2232, between Smithland and the community of Tiline.

PADUCAH, Ky. (Feb. 2, 2026) – An earth stabilization project planned on KY 70/Tiline Road near mile point 4.7 east of Smithland, which was postponed due to the winter storm, has been rescheduled to start Tuesday, Feb. 3.
A lane restriction will be put in place, with a temporary traffic signal managing alternating one-lane traffic, and a contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) will repair a slide along the roadway embankment.
The work zone is located about two miles west of KY 2232, between Kristy Drive and Dodds Taylor Road, in Livingston County.
The project is expected to last approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Please use caution.
