Temporary Road Closure Planned on KY 171 in Muhlenberg Next Week
Crews to replace damaged cross drain
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (February 10, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to block a portion of KY 171 in Muhlenberg County next week, starting on Monday, Feb. 16.
The blockage will be between U.S. 62 (12.6 mm) and Bard Road (12.4 mm), and is scheduled to last approximately one week.
Traffic will be detoured to U.S. 2 via KY 1473 and KY 189.
