PADUCAH, Ky. (Jan. 12, 2026) — The Dorena-Hickman Ferry is open today, Monday, Jan 12. The ferry had been closed since Jan. 8 due to low water.
The ferry is operating on its winter schedule. The last run from Kentucky is at 4:15 p.m. and last run from Missouri is at 4:30 p.m. The Dorena-Hickman Ferry accepts cash only.
