UPDATE: Closure Extended on KY 2205 in Graves County Until Thursday, Jan. 8
Work is between old KY 121 and KY 464
PADUCAH, Ky. (Jan. 7, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) will extend the closure along KY 2205 between old KY 121 and KY 464 in Graves County through Thursday, Jan. 8, as crews continue roadway repair work.
Work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m. Thursday.
KYTC District 1 will provide timely notice should the roadway reopen to traffic earlier than expected.

PADUCAH, Ky. (Jan. 5, 2026) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans to close a section of KY 2205 in Graves County starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 6, for a pipe replacement project.
This is along KY 2205 between old KY 121 and KY 464, or mile points 1.15 to 2.9.
Work is expected to last for two days, weather permitting, with the roadway reopening by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 7.
Motorists are asked to self-detour.
