Contract crews to perform pavement patching
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Dec. 9, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of alternating lane closures on KY 393 on Wednesday, Dec. 10, in Oldham County.
Alternating lane closures will occur on KY 393 from mile point 8.822 (just past the KY 393 bridge over Harrods Creek) to mile point 9.127 (near the KY 393/U.S. 42 intersection) from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10.
The daytime alternating lane closures are necessary for contract crews to perform pavement patching, which must be completed during daytime hours to ensure proper application and durability of the material due to current weather conditions.
Motorists will be directed through the work zone via flagging operations. Drivers should follow all traffic control measures and exercise caution when traveling through the work zone.
