TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Overnight Lane Closures on I-64 Beginning Monday, Nov. 3, in Franklin County
Contract crews to install guardrail
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 28, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of overnight lane closures on Interstate 64 East and West beginning Monday, Nov. 3, in Franklin County.
The following lane closures are scheduled on I-64 at mile point 57.9 (near U.S. 60/Versailles Road):
- Closure of the eastbound left lane:
Beginning Monday, Nov. 3, at 7 p.m., through Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 6 a.m.
- Closure of the eastbound and westbound left lanes:
Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m., through Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 6 a.m.
- Closure of the eastbound and westbound left lanes:
Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 7 p.m., through Thursday, Nov. 6, at 6 a.m.
The overnight lane closures are necessary for contract crews to install guardrail. Motorists are advised to follow all lane closure restrictions, use caution when traveling through the work zone, and plan for additional travel time.
