PADUCAH, Ky. (Oct. 8, 2025) – Both southbound lanes of U.S. 45/Paducah Road in Mayfield are blocked at mile points 18.1-18.2 near Kings Drive, just south of KY 121/S. Castleman Bypass, due to a gas leak.
