Northbound lanes blocked near MM 74
ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (September 25, 2025) – All northbound I-65 lanes are blocked near Mile Marker 74, which is between Bonnieville and Upton. Motorists are advised to use US 31W in advance of Bonnieville as a detour and rejoin I-65 in Upton or Sonora. Clearing is expected to take 2-3 hours.
