Cross drain replacement
LEXINGTON, Ky. (August 26, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that work is scheduled in Madison County. The operations are for cross drain replacement operations.
Thursday, August 28 – 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Speedwell Road/KY 374
- the route will be closed at milepont 0.0 (the intersection)
- the location for work will be under Speedwell Road/KY 374 at the intersection of Crooksville Road/KY 499
- thru traffic on Speedwell Road/KY 374 will not be able to utilize Crooksville Road/KY 499 during this time
Alternate Route
- motorists can utilize Crooksville Road/KY 499 to Irvine Road/KY 52 to Battlefield Memorial Highway/US 421
