Paving Project Planned on Carter Road in Owensboro Tomorrow
Work scheduled between 4 a.m. and noon
MADISONVILLE, Ky. (August 18, 2025) – A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is planning a paving project on Carter Road (KY 2698) in Owensboro that will result in just over a half mile of roadway being blocked tomorrow morning.
Carter Road is scheduled for resurfacing between Keller Road (0 mm) and Winning Colors Way (0.6 mm) between the hours of 4 a.m. and noon tomorrow. Both directions of the roadway will be blocked during this project.
