Fayette, Scott and Woodford Counties
Rolling roadblocks for pothole repairs
LEXINGTON, Ky. (August 1, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled pothole repairs. Rolling roadblocks (a mobile operation) will be utilized for the work. Temporary delays for traffic during the operations could be approximately 15-20 minutes. District 7 Maintenance Personnel will be performing the work. The Kentucky State Police will be assisting with traffic control.
Interstate 64 - East and Westbound
Fayette, Scott and Woodford Counties between milepoints: 59.4 - 74.29
Wednesday, August 6 – 6 p.m. until 12 a.m. (midnight)
Thursday, August 7 – 6 p.m. until 12 a.m. (midnight)
- operations will begin Eastbound at the Franklin/Woodford County Line (milepoint 59.4) and proceed to the I-75/I-64 Northern Split (milepoint 74.29)
- once the Eastbound side has been completed, work will begin Westbound in Fayette County at the I-75/I-64 Split (milepoint 74.29) and progress to the Woodford/Franklin County line (milepoint 59.4)
The traveling public should expect delays during the hours of scheduled repair operations.
