Work is expected to take approx. 2 days to complete
PADUCAH, Ky. (Aug. 1, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) McCracken County Highway Maintenance Crew plans a daytime lane restriction on U.S. 60/Irvin Cobb Drive in front of Kroger on Paducah’s Southside starting Monday, Aug. 4.
Crews will be working in the right-hand lane near mile point 17.2 of U.S. 60/Irvin Cobb Drive. This bank stabilization project follows earlier improvements, which included the installation of new concrete curbs and drainage flumes.
During the work, which will take place from 7 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m. each day, all traffic will shift to the left-hand or passing lane in the work zone.
Estimated duration is two working days, weather permitting.
Please use caution where workers and equipment are along the roadway near traffic flow.
