Emergency Road Aid Funds Awarded
To Clay County Fiscal Court
For a Drainage Structure on Collins Gibson Road
MANCHESTER, Ky. (July 18, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced Clay County Fiscal Court will receive $40,650 in County Road Aid Emergency Funds for a drainage structure on Collins Gibson Road, located 0.150 miles south of KY 168.
“The Transportation Cabinet is pleased to approve this request for funding to provide assistance to Clay County to repair and maintain safe connections in the community,” said Transportation Secretary Jim Gray.
Clay County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
