REVISED: Emergency Road Aid Funds Awarded
To Harlan County Fiscal Court
For Bridge Repairs on Mills Lane
MANCHESTER, Ky. (July 18, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced Harlan County Fiscal Court will receive $88,400 in County Road Aid Emergency Funds for bridge repairs on Mills Lane, located 0.002 miles east of KY 1601, extending east to the ending mile-point at 0.008.
“The Transportation Cabinet is pleased to approve this request for funding to provide assistance to Harlan County to repair and maintain safe connections in the community,” said Transportation Secretary Jim Gray.
Harlan County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
