Operations scheduled for Fayette County
Intersection of Man O War Boulevard/KY 1425 and Polo Club Boulevard
LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 16, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that thermoplastic marking operations are scheduled for Fayette County. Markings include stop bars, crosswalks and arrows. The markings improve reflectivity, and visibility which enhance safety.
Thursday, July 17 – 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. (times are approximate)
Man O War Boulevard/KY 1425 and Polo Club Boulevard – the intersection
- a pedestrian crosswalk will be applied by thermoplastic marking for the intersection (milepoint 0.476)
- motorists will be able to pass through the work zone
All work and/or closures are subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
