Operations scheduled for routes in

Scott County

West Main Street/US 460 and Connector Road/KY 2906

LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 2, 2025) The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of work scheduled for West Main Street/US 460 and Connector Road/KY 2906. Crack sealing work is necessary to seal cracks that have formed in the asphalt.

Crack sealing is a mobile operation. The traveling public is advised to be aware of the signage directing of the work. Flaggers will be onsite to assist with traffic and motorists should anticipate delays.

Monday, July 77 p.m. Monday evening until 6 a.m. Tuesday morning

Tuesday, July 87 p.m. Tuesday evening until 6 a.m. Wednesday morning

Wednesday, July 97 p.m. Wednesday evening until 6 a.m. Thursday morning

West Main Street/US 460 - Eastbound

  • a rolling roadblock will be in effect between milepoints 8.583 -11.497
  • this location is near Paynes Depot Road extending East to Falmouth Drive (CR)
  • motorists will be able to pass through the work zone

Connector Road/KY 2906Eastbound

  • a rolling roadblock will be in effect between milepoints 0.000 – 1.110
  • this location is near US 460 extending East to Leestown Road/US 62
  • motorists will be able to pass through the work zone

All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.

District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
