Operations scheduled for
Fayette and Jessamine Counties
Versailles Road/US 60 and Maple Street/US 27X
LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 27, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of operations scheduled for Fayette and Jessamine Counties. Crack sealing work is necessary to seal cracks that have formed in the asphalt. Crack sealing is a mobile operation. The traveling public is advised to be aware of signage directing of the work.
Friday, June 27 through Saturday, June 28 – 6 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Saturday
Fayette County - Versailles Road/US 60 (East and Westbound)
- alternating lane closures will be in effect between milepoints 6.095 – 7.498
- operations will be located from Mason Headley Road to the railroad bridge
- motorists will be able to pass through the work zone
Jessamine County – Maple Street/US 27X (North and Southbound)
- alternating lane closures will be in effect between milepoints 2.180 – 3.890
- operations will be located from Maple Street/US 27X to the bypass
- motorists will be able to pass through the work zone
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties
