UPDATE: KY 339 Bridge Closed at Mile Point 33.25 Over Little Brush Creek, Just North of Lowes
PADUCAH, Ky. (June 27, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has closed the KY 339 bridge at about mile point 33.25 over Little Brush Creek, just north of Lowes, in Graves County.
The bridge is closed to all traffic until further notice after an inspection team found structural damage.
KYTC engineers will evaluate the bridge to determine if it can be repaired or should be replaced.
Motorists are asked to self-detour.
Approximately 224 vehicles travel this section of KY 339 in an average day.

This is along KY 339 just north Moores Street in Lowes, near Little Brush Creek.
Repairs will be scheduled.
Motorists are asked to self-detour.
