Daytime Road Closure on Mary Ingles Highway (KY 6335) in Campbell County Beginning Monday, June 30
UPDATE: New schedule due to high temperatures this week; road will be closed 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
UPDATE (June 27, 2025) – This work was postponed due to high temperatures this week. Duke Energy has rescheduled this work to happen over two weeks.
Closures will be in place:
- Monday, June 30 through Thursday, July 3
- Monday, July 7 though Thursday, July 10
Weather permitting, the permit project will now be expected to be completed Thursday, July 10 at 3 p.m.
COVINGTON, Ky. (June 17, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a daytime road closure on Mary Ingles Highway (KY 6335) in Campbell County beginning Monday, June 23. Duke Energy crews will be replacing utility poles along the highway.
Mary Ingles Highway will be closed between south of Lester Lane (2.75 mile point) and the 3.3 mile point, a distance of 0.55 miles. The closures will be in place Monday through Friday between the working hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Message boards are in place to provide advance notice of the closures. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, and find alternate routes.
Weather permitting, this permit project is expected to be completed Thursday, July 3 at 3 p.m.
