Be Alert! Mobile Work Zone Today, June 18, Along U.S. 45/Joe Clifton Drive in Paducah
KYTC caravan will be sweeping the bike lane
PADUCAH, Ky. (June 18, 2025) – Motorists should be alert for a mobile work caravan today, Wednesday, June 18, along U.S. 45/Joe Clifton Drive in Paducah. The work zone spans from Jefferson Street to U.S. 60 near Noble Park, or about mile points 10.3 to 13.2.
A Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) mobile work caravan will be sweeping the bike lane, starting with the southbound lane and then moving to the northbound lane.
Traffic will shift into the center turn lane when approaching the active work zone. Please slow down and use caution where workers and equipment are along the roadway near traffic flow.
Additional days next week will be scheduled for sweeping in other areas. KYTC District 1 will provide updates.
