Extended Closure Planned on KY 166 near KY 1125 in Fulton County Starting Tuesday, June 10
Bridge replacement project expected to last until late August
PADUCAH, Ky. (June 9, 2025) – A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans an extended closure along KY 166 near its intersection with KY 1125 in Fulton County beginning Tuesday, June 10.
The closure at mile point 9.05, located west of the city of Fulton, is necessary to allow for construction of a new bridge.
There will be no marked detour.
Jim Smith Contracting is the prime contractor for this $1.2 million bridge replacement project, which is scheduled for completion by August 31, 2025.
