Repairs scheduled for Interstate 75 in Madison County
Rolling roadblocks for pothole repairs
LEXINGTON, Ky. (June 6, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled pothole repairs. Rolling roadblocks (a mobile operation) will be utilized for the work. Temporary delays for traffic during the operations could be approximately 15-20 minutes. The District 7 Madison County Maintenance Crew will be performing the work. The Kentucky State Police will be assisting with traffic control.
Thursday, June 12 through Friday, June 13 – 10 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday
Interstate 75 – North and Southbound
- work will begin northbound between the EKU Bypass Exit/KY 876 (milepoint 85.0) and Fayette-Madison County line (milepoint 97.7)
- once repairs have been completed northbound, work will begin southbound at the Fayette-Madison County line (milepoint 97.7) and progress to the EKU Bypass/Exit 876 (milepoint 85.0)
The traveling public should expect delays during the hours of scheduled repair operations.
