Operations scheduled for Interstate 75 in Fayette County
Routine bridge deck repairs
LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 31, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of scheduled operations for New Circle Road/KY 4. The work is necessary for routine bridge deck repairs.
Monday, June 2 – 6 p.m. until 12 a.m. (midnight)
Interstate 75 – Northbound
- a left/fast lane closure will be in effect at mile point 117
- the location is the Northern Split over Kearney Road
- Exit 75 will be closed --- this is the Interstate 64 Eastbound Ramp onto Interstate 75 Northbound
- motorists will need to follow the detour that will be in place
Detour
- motorists will need to utilize Exit 115, turn left onto Newtown Pike/KY 922, and take the Interstate 75 Northbound On Ramp
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
