TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Lane Closures on KY 44 (Shepherdsville Road) Beginning Friday, May 30, in Bullitt County
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May 29, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of lane closures on two sections of KY 44 (Shepherdsville Road) beginning Friday, May 30, in Bullitt County.
Lane closures will occur daily on KY 44 (Shepherdsville Road) from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 30, and Monday, June 2. Motorists will be directed through the work zones via flagging measures between mile points 4.9 and 5.9 (between Goldsmith Drive and Hilltop Road) and mile points 9.6 and 9.9 (between KY 723/Raymond Road and Pitts Point Road). The daily lane closures are necessary for contract crews to perform asphalt patching along the route.
Drivers should use caution and heed flagging operations while traveling through the work zones.
