Temporary Closure Planned on KY 133, Near KY 135, in Livingston County Starting Monday, June 2

Week-long closure needed for slide stabilization

PADUCAH, Ky. (May 29, 2025)  The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Livingston County Highway Maintenance Crew plans to temporarily close a section of KY 133/Lola Road, east of its intersection with KY 135/Carrsville Road, starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, June 2.

The closure is necessary to stabilize a slide at the 13.8-mile marker on KY 133.

This closure will remain in effect around the clock, with completion anticipated by the end of the day on Friday, June 6, weather permitting.

Motorists may self-detour using KY 135/Carrsville Road to U.S. 60, then traveling toward Salem to return to KY 133/Lola Road.
