REVISED: Lane Closure Begins Today on a Section of KY 699 in Leslie County While Cross Drain Operations Have Been Moved to Thursday, May 22
MANCHESTER, Ky. (May 21, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that a section of KY 699 in Leslie County at mile point 4.86 will have a lane closure beginning today at 7:30 a.m.
The roadway will be then closed to through traffic beginning Thursday, May 22 beginning at 6:30 a.m. and ending at 8 p.m. due to cross drain operations.
KYTC asks motorists to be aware of the work zone, expect significant delays, and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.
The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
