Emergency Road Aid Funds Awarded to Elliott County for $27,870
FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (May 16,2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet today announced that Elliott County will receive $27,870 in County Road Aid emergency funds for a slide repair on Lizzie Gillium Road (CR1216.)
The repairs will make travel safer for motorists, pedestrians, school buses and other vehicles that rely upon Lizzie Gillium Road.
"The Transportation Cabinet is pleased to approve this request for funding to provide assistance to Elliott County to repair and maintain safe connections in the community," said Transportation Secretary Jim Gray.
The Elliott County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
