Daytime Closure Planned at U.S. 68x Little River Bridge in Cadiz Starting Wednesday, May 7
Debris removal expected to last approx. three days
PADUCAH, Ky. (May 5, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) plans a daytime closure of the Little River Bridge on U.S. 68-Business/Canton Road in Trigg County, starting on Wednesday, May 7, weather permitting.
The bridge is located at the 1.615-mile marker of U.S. 68-Business/Canton Road, near Cadiz City Park.
A crew will be using a long-reach excavator to remove debris lodged against bridge.
The closure will be from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily, starting Wednesday, May 7 until approximately Friday, May 9.
Motorists may self-detour via KY 139/South Road and U.S. 68/Bypass Road.
