UPDATE: Repairs Complete, KY 94/Moscow Avenue Reopens in Fulton County
PADUCAH, Ky. (Apr. 23, 2025) – Repairs have been completed on KY 94/Moscow Avenue between 4th Street and KY 125/Troy Avenue in the city of Hickman, and the roadway has reopened to traffic.

PADUCAH, Ky. (Apr. 22, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Fulton County Highway Maintenance Crew and the City of Hickman plan to temporarily close a section of KY 94/Moscow Avenue between 4th Street to KY 125/Troy Avenue in Fulton County, starting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Apr. 23.
KY 94/Moscow Avenue will be blocked at about the 13.25-mile point for roadway repairs. This is near the Hickman Police/Fire Department.
Motorists are asked to self-detour.
KYTC District 1 will provide updates as the work progresses.
