Resurfacing Project on KY 392 in Harrison County to Begin Friday, April 18
Expect single lane closures throughout the project limits
COVINGTON, Ky. (April 16, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of an upcoming resurfacing project on KY 392 in Harrison County scheduled to begin on Friday, April 18.
Crews will be resurfacing KY 392 beginning at U.S. 62 (mile point 0.0) extending east to Diamond Lane (mile point 3.12), a distance of 3.12 miles of resurfacing.
Contractors will perform base failure repairs on KY 392 on Friday, April 18, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Motorists should expect single lane closures throughout the project area. Flaggers will be in place on both sides of the work zone to guide motorists safely through the area.
After base failures have been completed, crews will return to the project area for milling/paving operations. This portion of the project has not yet been scheduled. KYTC District 6 will update the Roadshow once these operations have been scheduled.
Hinkle Contracting Company LLC is contracted to perform the $469,599.29 project on behalf of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. The project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2025.
