BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (April 5, 2025) – With rain throughout the day and more expected tonight flooding continues to be a major concern throughout the District 3 area. The list of known flooded roads is listed below. Please be aware road conditions change quickly. There may be roads that are flooded, but are not marked.

Motorists are reminded not to attempt to drive through possible high water regardless if warning signs are in place or not. District 3 crews are doing their best to put out barricades and other traffic safety devices to close roads as fast as they can. But it is possible roads could be flooded and signs have not been put in place yet. Please do not drive around or move barricades, barrels or any other traffic control devices.

Interstate 165 

• The I-165 northbound on-ramp and off ramp at Exit 26 in Butler County are closed.

Allen County    

• KY 585 – Closed at mile points 6 to 7. 

• KY 1533 – Closed at mile points 0 to 1.  

Barren County    

• KY 685 – Closed at mile marker 6.      

• KY 3179 – Closed at mile point 2.2.      

• KY 921- Closed at mile point 7.5.      

• KY 740 – Closed at mile point 5.4.      

Butler County    

• KY 1153 - Closed at mile marker 5 to 6.        

• KY 2713 - Closed at mile marker 0 to 1.      

• KY 403 – Closed at mile marker 4 to 5.    

• KY 403 – Closed at mile marker 6 to 8.   

• KY 1187 – Closed at mile points 4 to 5.    

• KY 3182 – Closed at mile points 1 to 2.

*** U.S. 431 in Muhlenburg County closed at Tunnel Hill due to significant roadway damage from an active embankment slide. 

U.S. 431 will remain closed around mile point 5 near Union Ridge Road and Myer’s Chapel Road south of Belton until further notice as the slide is actively moving.

• KY 214 Ferry – The ferry on KY 214 at Turkey Neck Bend is has reopened.  (REOPENED)   

Simpson County    

• KY 2593 – Closed at mile points 1 to 2.      

• KY 585 – Has reopened at mile points 3 to 5.      

• KY 621 – Closed at mile points 6.2 to 7.5.      

• KY 1171 – Has reopened at mile points 2 to 3.7.     

• KY 383 – Has reopened at mile points 4.2 to 5.9.      

• KY 664 –Has reopened at mile points 4.5 to 4.6.     

Todd County     

• KY 475 – Closed at mile points 4 to 5.    

 Warren County    

• KY 626 – Closed at mile point 4.5.      

• KY 2665 – Closed at mile point 5.5.    

• KY 1083 – Closed at mile point 3 and mile point 5.    

• U.S. 68 – Closed at mile point 27.4 (Barren County line).
