Mobile operations in Fayette and Woodford Counties
Versailles Road/US 60 raised medians
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 1, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of operations for Fayette and Woodford Counties. Street sweeping is in effect for the raised medians located on Versailles Road/US 60. This is a mobile operation and will not impact traffic.
Tuesday, April 1 – currently and until 3 p.m.
Versailles Road/US 60 - Fayette and Woodford Counties
- street sweeping is in effect to remove debris from raised medians
- work began in Fayette County (milepoints 4.6 – 0.0) and will progress to Woodford County (milepoints 13.0 – 9.3)
- operations include both east and westbound
- all lanes will remain open for motorists
All work and/or closures are scheduled on a tentative basis, and subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
District 7 includes Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Scott and Woodford Counties.
