Traffic Advisory: Temporary Closure of One Lane on US 23 in Boyd County Next Week
Monday through Thursday 7:30 A.M. through 4:00 P.M.
FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. (March 20, 2025) –CSX has notified the Kentucky Department of Highways that railroad crews will temporarily close one lane of northbound US 23 next to the railroad tracks in Catlettsburg (milepoint 12.9) to perform maintenance checks.
From Monday, March 24, through Thursday, March 27, the right lane will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
Road work schedules are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Motorists are asked to heed all warning signs, slow down in work zones and remain aware of workers and construction equipment when traveling.
