UPDATE: Northbound Interstate 69 is Open at the 71.5 MM in Lyon County
Pothole repairs have been completed
PADUCAH, Ky. (Feb. 26, 2025) – Both lanes on northbound Interstate 69 at the 71.5-mile marker in Lyon County are open. Pothole repairs have been completed.

PADUCAH, Ky. (Feb. 25, 2025) – Work zone lane restrictions continue along northbound Interstate 69 at the 71.5-mile marker in Lyon County. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) crews are currently repairing potholes in the left-hand lane.
Motorists should be alert for signage and trucks with arrow boards directing traffic to the right-hand or driving lane.
The work zone will stay in place overnight and continue into Wednesday, Feb. 26, with completion expected by 6 p.m.
Additionally, the northbound I-69 Exit 71 ramp to U.S. 62 in Eddyville, which was temporarily closed this morning for repairs, has now reopened.
Please use caution when approaching a work zone, where workers and equipment are along the roadway near traffic flow.
