TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Closure of KY 561 (Gest Road) Wednesday, Feb. 26, in Henry County
KYTC crews to repair the roadway following last week’s weather events
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Feb. 25, 2025) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of the closure of KY 561 (Gest Road) on Wednesday, Feb. 26, in Henry County.
KY 561 (Gest Road) will be closed between mile points 1.183 2.9 and 95 (between KY 573/Woods Pike and KY 389/Harpers Ferry Road) from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26. The road closure is necessary for KYTC crews to perform roadway repairs following last week’s weather events.
Motorists should heed signage, use caution, and follow the posted detour.
